Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges: 
Every piece from our collection is a commitment to quality. To maintain the integrity of our craftsmanship, we offer a dedicated process for returns and exchanges under specific conditions.
I. Scope of Eligibility
A return or exchange may be initiated exclusively if:
• The incorrect creation was received: The item deviates from the specific size or color selected at the time of purchase.
• A manufacturing defect is present: The piece is found to be defective upon arrival.
II. Mandatory Verification Protocol
To ensure a seamless resolution, all requests must be accompanied by an uninterrupted unboxing video. This footage must capture the opening of the corrugated shipping box through to the detailed showcasing of the defect or discrepancy. We are unable to process any requests without this unaltered visual record.
III. Discerning the Details
Please note that the following do not constitute a defect and are ineligible for return:
• Minor variations in artisanal product details.
• Natural irregularities inherent to the materials.
• Subtle shifts in shade due to digital screen settings or studio lighting.
IV. The Return Process
1. Notification: Contact our concierge at emberlyeco@gmail.com or via Instagram @emberlye within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach your unboxing video and high-resolution photographs.
2. Logistics: You may utilize a reliable courier of your choice. In select areas, we may assist in arranging a collection through our specialized partners.
3. Timeline: Returns must be dispatched to us within 7 business days of receipt.
4. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused state, complete with all tags and the original invoice. Secure packaging is required; any damage sustained during return transit will render the item ineligible for a refund.
V. Resolution & Reconciliation
Following a formal assessment of the returned item:
• Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will issue a complimentary replacement.
• Refund: If the creation is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 days for the exchange to be processed and up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
